Yes! We support number portability, allowing you to keep your existing Kuwaitmobile number when you switch to KuwaitMobile Nexus. The porting process typically takes 2-4 hours during business hours. Simply provide your current number and account details during signup, and we'll handle the rest.

You can also purchase daily roaming passes for $15/day if you're on the Starter plan. Roaming is automatically activated when you travel—no need to call or configure anything. You'll receive an SMS with rates and options when you arrive in a new country.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through our mobile app or website. Changes take effect immediately if you're upgrading, or at the start of your next billing cycle if you're downgrading. There are no fees for changing plans, and you can do it as often as you need.
If you're on a plan with a data limit (Starter or Family), your data speed will be reduced to 1 Mbps after you exceed your allowance—but you'll never be cut off completely. You can purchase additional data at any time through our app for $10 per 10GB. We'll also send you notifications at 75%, 90%, and 100% of your data usage so you're never surprised.
No! All our plans are contract-free. You can cancel at any time without penalties or cancellation fees. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll continue to have service until the end of your current billing period. We believe in earning your business every month through great service, not by locking you into long contracts.
You can check your data usage anytime through our mobile app or by logging into your account on our website. The app provides real-time usage information, including data, calls, and SMS. You can also dial *123# from your phone for a quick usage summary via SMS. We update usage information every hour to keep you informed.
